Bruins Academy Learn To Play Hockey Program

The Boston Bruins are excited to continue to grow the Bruins Academy Learn To Play presented by Pure Hockey to help aspiring, youth hockey players develop their skills. The $199 registration fee includes: 

  • Full set of equipment to keep (valued at $550 retail)
  • Pair of skates
  • Professional, personalized fitting
  • Four weeks of on-ice instruction led by certified coaches

The Boston Bruins are thrilled to share their passion for hockey with the next generation of hockey players.* All players must be between 5-9 years old and all participants should be able to skate on their own, unaided.* Children that have previously completed this program are not eligible.

  • Shin guards
  • Jersey
  • Socks
  • Stick
  • Helmet
  • Equipment bag

In addition to the equipment provided, we recommend that you purchase a mouth guard and athletic supporter.

Stay Up To Date

*Children that have registered with a USA Hockey association or have previously completed this program are not eligible. All registrations will be checked to ensure you have not completed the program or are in a USA Hockey association. This program is for girls only and all should be able to skate on their own, unaided. Please check in with your local rink on skating lessons before starting Bruins Academy Girls Learn to Play program.
